Like most websites, hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, requested URL, device information and timestamps. This data may be used to deliver, secure and understand the site.
Google measurement
Google measurement tools are used for site-usage and interaction reporting. Where enabled, Google may receive page URLs, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser details, and interactions such as outbound affiliate clicks. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. Our custom events do not include quote-form contents, trip-brief form contents, names, email addresses, payment-card details, or passport information. Do not place personal or sensitive information in page URLs.
Limited campaign context
Within a browser tab, we retain recognized source, medium, campaign and content labels and the public landing-page path in session storage. These labels help connect a saved planning inquiry or affiliate click to its marketing source. Only recognized marketing labels are retained; raw URL queries, click identifiers and personal information are not included in this custom context. The labels may accompany form submissions and custom measurement events. They are not a visitor identifier, do not establish a booking, and are not a record of your travel history. Blocking session storage does not prevent using the planner or following a referral link.
Affiliate links and third parties
When you follow an affiliate link, the destination provider may use cookies, referral identifiers or similar technology to attribute the visit or transaction. Once you leave TexasJetQuote, that provider’s privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.
Trip-brief intake
If you submit an Arrival Preview or Private Trip Brief request, we collect the planning information you choose to provide, such as a preferred name, email address, departure metro, destination, approximate trip window, party range, and trip preferences, so we can review the request. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Do not submit passports, government IDs, payment-card data, medical records, passwords, exact addresses, or other sensitive information. We do not use trip-brief form contents for Google Analytics or advertising events. To request deletion of a submitted request, contact us through the contact page.
Stripe checkout
If you choose to purchase a Full Brief, payment is collected on a Stripe-hosted checkout page supplied through the Well Played Travel Stripe account. Stripe, not TexasJetQuote, processes the payment information you enter there under its own privacy policy. TexasJetQuote does not receive or store payment-card data. We may use the purchase details made available through Stripe and the preferences you submit to match a paid planning request to its delivery.
Booking information
TexasJetQuote does not ask visitors to submit card, passport or flight-manifest information through this website. Do not send sensitive booking data to the site. Provide required information only through a provider’s secure process after verifying the provider.
Your choices
You can limit or delete cookies through browser settings, use browser privacy controls or blocking tools, and decline to follow referral links. These choices may affect attribution and some third-party functionality.
